Who we are

What data we collect

This website has no accounts, no cookies and no analytics or advertising trackers.

If you write to us through the contact form or by email, we receive your name, your email address and the content of your message. What you send through the form reaches us as an email and is not stored on the website.

Why we use it

Only to reply to you and, if we agree to work together, to prepare and carry out that work.

Hosting

The website is served by Cloudflare. To deliver pages and protect the service, Cloudflare processes technical data such as IP addresses in its server logs, under its own privacy policy. We do not use those logs to identify visitors.

How long we keep it

We keep emails while the conversation or the work they relate to is active, and afterwards only as long as needed to meet legal obligations.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data or share it for advertising. We share it only with the providers we need to operate (email and hosting), or when the law requires it.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, or to stop using it, by writing to privacy@dek-solutions.com. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights, including complaining to your data-protection authority.

Children

This website is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will publish the new version on this page with its date.
